IxChariot Qcheck

Qcheck is a network troubleshooting utility from Ixia, the maker of network testing equipment. The software checks network response time, throughput, and streaming performance through a series of tests. It also runs “anywhere-to-anywhere” traceroute, Ixia claims. Qcheck runs on any computer running Windows 2000, NT or XP.
